| The ball bearing windsock frames are a rugged design constructed of a welded steel construction and then a powder coated finish for corrosion protection. They incorporate a two bearing pivoting design for effortless pivoting. These frames are ready to be mounted on a 3/4” female pipe thread for the 8”, 13”, 18” and 24” and a 1” pipe thread for the 36”. |

The frame spins easily and is sensitive to the wind. It is well made. It arrived undamaged, was well packaged and in good time. It was a couple of days later than estimated, but it was ordered over Christmas.
Solid construction, should last a long time. Bearings make it swivel so easily! Well worth the $.

Yes, it would work with standard 3/4" plumbing fittings.
FAA type L-806 support - those mounted on low mass supporting structures - maximum of 3.0 m (10 ft) mast height. brbr FAA type L-807 support - those mounted on rigid supporting structures - Maximum of 4.8 m (16 ft) height to windsock.
Unfortunately we do not offer any custom embroidery on these wind socks. We only sell them stock, it would need to be embroidered post receipt.
