Overview
| The simplest and most popular type of EGT probe. Uses a hose-style clamp to secure probe to exhaust stack. Small probe fits exhaust pipes from 1-2" diameter. |

The probe works as intended and fits properly in the exhaust pipe, however, as the Jabiru pipe is only one and a quarter inch diameter, the clamp is too big for a proper installation as the other mainfolds interfered with its use. I had to remove the clamp and reuse the old clamp to complete the installation.
