Stamped aluminum component, thin material and therefore lightweight, exactly like the images. I am attached a rubber hose to the end and my only issue is there is no flare to help seal the hose and keep it from coming off after clamped onto the duct. But this is purely related to my use, and I suspect I will not have any issue otherwise (I dont think this was designed to have a rubber hose clamped to it).

I bought 10350-4. The item is exactly as described. A good quality item. A perfect fit with my 1 CAT. Flange thickness measured at 0.068.

Product looks very good, just as all the other flanges I have purchased from AS over the years. The only downside is that I had to modify my oil cooler plenum box due to AS not having a 4 flange.

I have always had very good experiences obtaining parts from Aircraft Spruce. I had been trying to find a 2 inch flange for some time, and was surprised when it was available. Although this time it took several weeks to get the flange due to your suppliers delivery time. You delivered the flange promptly when it was available to you. Fit just right. A little pricey.

This product is ok although the recent price increase is making me rethink the future of this piece in my automotive products. I also notice the quality of aluminum this flange is made of has changed to a lower grade. The previous version polished up very nice which gave my product a beautiful finish. Unfortunately I cannot polish the lower grade so now I’m considering having these fabricated somewhere else.
