No, it cannot.
The 9914A is no longer available. It has been replaced by the 9914B. The only difference between the two parts is the opening pressure and operating pressure. The 9914b has opening pressure of 80psi min (when fully activated 5 times) and an operating pressure of 200-2000 psi.
