Overview

  • This lap belt does not include a pin for a shoulder harness.
  • Universal 2-point lap belt replacement. AmSafe TSO-c22g OEM quality. Stocked in a variety of lengths & end fittings. Includes 8130-3 airworthiness certificate & certificate of conformance. Non-US Registered Aircraft: Due to the need for export paperwork, orders for non-US registered aircraft will be considered Special Order. If you cannot find a compatible length, please complete the lap belt worksheet located in resources.

  • This lap belt does not include a pin for a shoulder harness.
  • The buckle (female) half is adjustable, and the connector (male) half is a fixed, non-adjustable length.

  • This lap belt may look different from what you currently have. Many older lap belts were configured for a shoulder harness whether there was one or not. The buckle (female) half was a fixed length, and the connector half was adjustable. Because a shoulder harness is not going to be used with this lap belt , they will fit like the lap belts you see in the airliners; the buckle will sit in the lap area rather than at the hip.

  • Standard End Fitting: ½” between the middle of the bolt hole to the tip of the end fitting. 0.390” bolt hole.
  • Short Radius End Fitting: 1/4” between the middle of the bolt hole and the tip of the end fitting. 0.390” bolt hole.
  • Hook/Clip End Fitting - Up: The clip opens facing up
  • Hook/Clip End Fitting - Down: The clip opens facing down
  • Bend End Fittings Up: The end fitting has a 32° bend. 0.390” bolt hole.
  • Hardware not included.
  • You will be reusing your existing hardware. NAS bushings are available to pull up any gaps due to the bolt hole sizing.
  • Conformance: This restraint is approved for the aircraft models listed because you are replacing a TSO item with a TSO item. Please see FAQ’s in our resources section for additional information on this subject.
