Very soft tire. I have 23 plus tires in the back from up to 6 months old where they are all cracking on the sidewalls at the whiskers. I contacted AS but nothing. We are in the process to contact Desser Tire & Rubber to let them know about this. Overall, pilots like it. Its just not strong enough for everyday use.

they went in on a Remos LSA instead trelleborg original tires. Cant speak of durability yet, but the feel of aeroclassics is far more stout and durable, both sidewall and tread. They looked far narrower when shipped than the tires on the plane - no worry, once inflated the beads landed right where they belonged. Pricewise it is the cheapest offering out there, and I feel it is also of excellent quality

Great tires. Installed them on my Quadcity Challenger Ultralight with Hegar 4x6 rims. Took a bit of work to seal the tire bead but they work.

This is an excellent tire! I bought three sets for my Dynamic WT9 and this tires last!! This is the most common size in all the new European light aircraft, they are known also as 14 x 4

These are never perfectly round, and will eventually develop a flat spot. And good luck getting them balanced. Other than that, they are perfect for light sport planes and will last much longer than other tires of this size.

Yes, I agree, a bit expensive for putting onto uncertified ultralights, but it does the job very well.

A little spendy for a small lightweight tire (4x6)... A prior purchase different vendor including a pkt of talcum. Not on this one.

Rubber is soft and the tire wears out quickly. I only get about 50 to 60 takeoff/landing cycles out of these tires.

On my light sport this tire is good for about 60 cycles. I static balance and have good alignment, so I believe this tire has soft rubber and wears quickly compared to others on larger aircraft. However it is the only brand that sells a 400x6. 6 ply tire.
