I pulled the gauge out of the box and it was already showing 70 kts. A little frustrating but it’s a mechanical part, it happens. So I took it to Spruce for return or repair and they submitted a claim to Falcon. Falcon replied and basically said I’m lying. That it’s impossible for this to happen and I must have installed this in the aircraft and then broke it. So, they will not honor their warranty. It is what it is. It just lets me know, do not use Falcon products.
