I’ve been using Sky Voice (VFR) for over a year. Allows me to perfect my roundout. timing. Customer service is without peer!
I bought this product from Holy Micro over a year ago. When I installed it, there was a hum in the product after speaking with them. They told me they were working on a fix for it. A year later, they sent me a replacement which I had to pay for until they received my old one. After installing the new one, I had a bigger problem it kept on beeping every second I understand things happen, but their customer service was terrible. I tried to resolve this with their customer support over the phone. They either did not answer or took a long time to call back and once in touch with them, they would not let me speak with the actual technician so nothing got fixed. I wound up keeping the original product and returned the new replacement. When the product works. It works great, but their customer support is not acceptable by any way shape or form.
