Flap TrackNote: Before purchasing McFarlane part number MC1221010-8 flap track for installation on a Cessna 180 or 182, verify the thickness of the currently installed flap tracks. MC1221010-8 is 0.25 thick. Some early Cessna 180 and 182 aircraft have a 0.16 thick flap track laminated on both sides for a total thickness of 0.25. If your aircraft has the thinner laminated flap tracks, McFarlane part number MC1221010-8 cannot be installed. Replace worn-out tracks to prevent dangerous and expensive binding problems!
